Job Title: Operations Manager/ Event Planner Company: House of Wilde Location: Denver, CO Position Type: Full-Time | On-Site As we grow, we're looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the smooth execution of both warehouse and office operations, and to support on-site event production. Position Overview: The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our office and warehouse, overseeing logistics, supporting our event production schedule, and coordinating on-site event setup and breakdown. Warehouse & Event Support • Oversee mockup setups and breakdowns in collaboration with designers • Manage ordering and logistical coordination for mockups and event-specific needs • Coordinate the purchase and delivery of all event items in tandem with the design team • Source and collect event-specific materials such as custom paint or specialty items • Purchase and stock all food and beverage items needed for warehouse staff and crew • Collaborate with the Warehouse Manager to purchase warehouse supplies, maintain inventory, and keep the warehouse organized and tidy • Coordinate and schedule all warehouse service needs and repairs • Help with Shipping/Receiving in tandem with Warehouse Manager/Custom Fabrication Manager • Help with errands as needed On-Site Event Management • Assist with day-of setup and breakdown at events, working closely with the lead and event crew • Act as a liaison between the warehouse, design team, and on-site staff to ensure seamless execution • Troubleshoot and problem-solve in real-time to maintain quality and efficiency • Ensure all items are placed, packed, and handled with care per event design and standards
