Responsibilities • Supervise and schedule Events Team members while providing functional oversight of event support staff and vendors • Lead site visits, planning meetings, and final details meetings with Amazon customer and supporting vendor partners • Coordinate and execute high-level special events as requested by Amazon client with attention to detail and professionalism • Establish new policies and procedures for event support while providing clarity to existing Events Team procedures • Track team progress through data metrics and create monthly reports demonstrating team progress and workload • Identify opportunities for improving team communication and efficiency while assisting with GREF-related events • Maintain ethical, professional relations with contractors, employees, and property management teams while ensuring compliance with company policies. Nice-to-haves • Experience in corporate event management or high-profile event coordination • Background in vendor management and contract negotiation • Knowledge of emergency response procedures and facilities coordination • Experience creating proposals, presentations, and budget information compilation • Understanding of real estate and facilities management operations • Proven ability to establish policies and procedures for team operations.
