We are currently seeking a Part-Time Assistant Wedding Coordinator with opportunity for growth into a Lead Coordinator role as the company expands. Please note: this is not a traditional office position. Lead Coordinator pay: Direct vendor load-in, setup, and event flowAssist with décor setup and execution of design detailsOversee ceremony setup, transitions, and cuesManage wedding party, family members, and key participantsSupport timeline execution throughout the eventServe as an on-site liaison between couples, vendors, and venue staffAssist guests and answer questions professionallyHandle personal items, florals, and important event detailsTroubleshoot issues calmly and professionally in real timeAssist with breakdown, packing, and end-of-night responsibilitiesLead Coordinator Responsibilities Conduct planning meetings with clientsServe as the primary point of contact for clients and vendorsCreate and manage wedding timelinesConfirm vendor logistics and event detailsLead rehearsals and oversee wedding day executionMaintain event readiness and emergency kitsCommunicate post-event recaps with leadershipIf you genuinely love weddings, enjoy creating meaningful experiences, and are looking to grow within the wedding industry, we would love to hear from you.
