Assistant Wedding Planner

We are looking to hire an assistant event planner to join our team as we head into a busy season of weddings and events! WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: \\+ Someone who LOVES weddings but understands the amount of work that goes into them \\+ Someone who wants to learn \\+ Someone who is kind! \\+ Someone who wants to work with an amazing supportive team \\+ Someone who is a phenomenal over communicator with both our clients, vendors and our team \\+ Someone who brings a POSITIVE and energetic personality to everything they do \\+ Someone who has the ability to take direction but also act upon instinct \\+ Someone who has a laptop/computer and can work remotely if needed \\+ Someone who has a reliable phone and transportation \\+ Someone who doesn't take themselves too seriously and likes to have FUN! \\+ Proficient in excel, word programs, google calendar, pinterst, asana SOME DAILY TASK YOU CAN EXPECT: \\+ Set up and breakdown of personal décor \\+ Setup and breakdown of candles (involving cleaning, organizing, etc.) Our wedding season begins in MAY and runs through NOVEMBER - there is flexibility to be assigned to weddings that work around your schedule but we are looking for someone who is willing to commit to the entire summer with the hopes of eventually growing with our team.
