The Associate Director of Events is responsible for managing various areas in the department including but not limited to the planning and execution of fundraising and community events. • The Associate Director of Events will report directly to the Vice President of Development and work closely with the Director of Individual Giving to implement the annual event strategy. • Demonstrated skills or desire to grow supervisory skills required to lead a small team. • Ability to work effectively in a complex institution. • Demonstrated self-starter with solid ability to work autonomously.
