The Sitecore Experience Cloud™ empowers marketers to deliver personalized content in real time and at scale across every channel—before, during, and after a sale. This role will support the planning and execution of corporate events, including our user conference, sales kick-off, and incentive event in addition to high-impact industry trade shows. The Associate Event Manager will also support sponsor deliverables working in close coordination with external agencies and handle event-related inquiries via the event email inbox. Team collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to ensure event success. What You Need to Succeed: • 3+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field (experience in B2B tech events preferred) • Strong passion for event technology and ability to manage complex event platforms • Experience with RainFocus (preferred) or Cvent, or similar event management platforms to lead registration, speaker management, and exhibitor portals • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and collaborate in a team environment • Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, Power BI, or other digital marketing tools is a plus • Willingness to travel for events as needed (up to 20%)
