Associate Event Producer

Chemistry Creative is a Brooklyn-based company specializing in fabrication, creative technology, and full-scale production for live events, brand activations, and immersive experiences. The Event Production Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and work closely with our production, fabrication, and technology teams to ensure that events are executed to the highest standard. • Qualifications: • 3+ years of experience in event production, preferably involving fabrication, audio visual, experiential or creative technology. • Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and creative teams.
