Responsibilities: • Treat all events as demand generation and relationship building opportunities ensuring there is proactive planning for lead and engagement capture and follow up plans • Work with marketing teams to create follow up and engagement plan before each event to ensure all parties know their role to successfully turn leads into sales and retention opportunities (emails, ads, social posts) • Own overall event strategy to support demand generation and brand awareness objectives, partnering with Events team members where necessary to drive dual audience engagement • Set and manage event objectives, setting up and executing pre- and post-event communications, and coordinating effective and efficient two-way communication between all cross functional teams • Offer creative, relevant and unique event ideas; have the pulse on the industry, current events, pop culture, and new ideas • Be an extension of the sales and success teams on site during events and create amazing experiences for clients, prospects, and internal team members • Support event-related logistics planning tasks, including making purchase orders, tracking expenses, following up with vendors, and handling shipping logistics • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that product and offerings are reflected appropriately and branded accordingly • Own major components of customer focused annual conference, UNITE, including venue selection, scheduling, social and extracurricular events, client communication, and all event logistics (i.e. rentals, catering, music, sponsorships, collateral, etc.) Qualifications: • Charleston, SC based preferred • Ability to travel to designated events to manage the entire installation processes from set up to tear down; Up to 40% travel, with heavy travel during key conference seasons (Q1 and Q3) • 2+ years experience in marketing across marketing programs (proven events and trade show experience is a plus!) • Self-starter mentality with proven ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic and cross-functional marketing environment • Demonstrated ability working in a collaborative environment among diverse groups • Ability to coordinate multiple projects at once while being extremely detail-oriented and organized • Motivated, independent worker who delivers and tracks results • Must be metrics driven and be a strong analytical thinker as we tie events to ROI • Real Estate industry experience a plus
