About the role • Assist in conceptualizing, planning and executing events/activations from start to finish • Work with internal teams and outside vendors to execute on events • Track event timelines • Review and filter incoming sponsorship and donation requests • Maintain and track event budgets ensuring all contracting, invoicing and payments are fulfilled in a timely manner • Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging trends and share resources with the team • Assist with the tracking and documentation of partnership metrics About you Candidates should be comfortable performing moderate physical labor as part of event setup and teardown • Travel Requirements: This role requires frequent travel (approximately 50% of the time) to support onsite execution of partner events, conferences, and tradeshows.
