Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related role • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, stakeholders, and team members • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving • Flexibility to travel for trade shows and events as required (up to 20% seasonally) • Basic analytical skills and familiarity with interpreting event-related data FBIN is an equal opportunity employer.
