This position works as part of a client management team within the association management company and is responsible for managing meeting planning, program administration, membership, committee management, sponsorships, and related functions. · Provide staff support for regional or smaller meetings and events as assigned. Sponsorships & Partnerships · Assist with the development of sponsorship packages, agreements, and related materials. · Strong skills in Microsoft Office and database platforms; experience with association management software preferred. · Ability to work effectively with volunteer leaders, members, staff, and vendors.
