Unit Position Summary • Post-graduate position working in athletic event management. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Assist in game day event management of assigned sports. • Assist in event management of all Big Ten Conference and NCAA Championships, as well as various special events hosted on campus. • Strong interpersonal skills in dealing with prospective student-athletes, student-athletes, staff and University personnel • Candidate must display a commitment to responsibility for adhering to all the policies, rules and regulations of MSU, the Big Ten Conference, and the NCAA • Ability to work in variable or severe weather • Ability to lift, push, pull objects up to 50 lbs.
