As an Event Operations Assistant, you will take on key responsibilities critical to the planning, coordination, and management of all assigned athletic and non-athletic events at Trinity University’s athletic venues. This role offers a valuable opportunity to grow your career in facilities and event management, contribute meaningfully to the university community, and gain hands-on experience in a collegiate athletic environment. • Bachelor's degree or combination of education and/or experience may substitute for minimum education • 1 to 3 years of experience in lieu of completed education degree • Demonstrated knowledge of the day-to-day operations of an intercollegiate athletics department • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and analytical skills • Proven ability to work proactively with minimal supervision • Must be able to work a varied schedule, including long days, nights, weekends, and holidays
