The University Events planning team coordinates campus events and provides customer service for meetings and conferences sponsored by student, academic, administrative, external groups and major University Events. The EP position does include night and weekend (N&W) coverage which is generally picked at the student's availability. Work is performed on campus in the University Events office. • Establish and maintain professional communication with event sponsors, service providers and staff. • Attend training sessions/event planner meetings as required.
