Description of the Job The Event/Food & Beverage Manager is responsible for leading both event planning efforts and front-of-house food and beverage operations. This hybrid role requires strong communication and leadership skills, excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. Responsibilities • Event Planning and Sales: Book, plan, and oversee weddings, showers, banquets, and special events. • Front-of-House Food and Beverage Services: Oversee all front-of-house food and beverage services, including the grill, banquets, and beverage carts.
