Banquet and Events Manager The Country Club of Harrisburg You’ll be the key point of contact for clients while leading a team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences. What You’ll Do Work directly with the Special Events Director to bring club events to life Lead banquet staff during event setup, service, and breakdown Collaborate with culinary and bar teams to ensure seamless execution Coordinates event schedules, details, and communications with Special Events Director and Clubhouse Manager Deliver outstanding hospitality and personalized service Experience in event or banquet management (country club or hospitality setting preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask Professional, polished, and member-focused demeanor Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary
