Banquet and Events Coordinator

The coordinator is responsible for the setup, execution, and cleanup of all events. The coordinator works closely with the clients during the event to ensure all needs are met. • Assist banquet staff throughout an event as needed (refilling drinks, delivering food, bussing tables, etc.) • Ensure satisfaction by communicating with the client throughout the event regarding any changes, substitutions or special requests and following up with the host at the end of event. Must have excellent interpersonal skills to be able to work as a mediator between management and banquet staff members.
