The ideal candidate will possess a refined palate, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple events concurrently. You will be responsible for coordinating with clients from initial consultation through event completion, developing customized menus, managing event budgets, and leading a team of banquet staff, servers, and bartenders to deliver an unforgettable guest experience. You will work closely with the culinary team, event designers, and venue partners to ensure every aspect of the event, from setup and ambiance to service and breakdown, meets and exceeds expectations. Responsibilities: Manage all aspects of banquet and event operations, from client booking to post-event follow-up. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
