Banquet/Event sales managers must possess excellent customer relationship management and communication skills. They are polished and articulate, and use these skills to create and manage client relationships. Banquet/Event assistant sales managers are responsible for all elements of planning events, including identifying event logistics and addressing all of the details for the event.
