DESCRIPTION: The Banquet Coordinator coordinates and manages all aspects of banquet functions, event planning and entertainment bookings. · Responsible for the conduct of the Banquet employees. · Make sure the music/entertainment hired for casino events follow all the rules and regulations that fall within the licensing firms of whom the Banquet Coordinator has purchased rights for.
