Assists residents in planning all banquets, catered events, and community functions to meet their special needs. • On special events and unique banquets communicates with the Executive Chef and/or Department leader to determine selling prices for banquets, catered events and community functions. This includes making changes to BEO's in computer and "end of the day" sheet. • Input all information pertaining to the community event into the BEO, i.e. (flowers, decoration, linen, a/v equipment, special rentals, valet, room set-up, entertainment, and any special requests). • Work closely with Marketing Director to promote community functions to promote new resident sales.
