Banquet Event Manager

The Banquet Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of banquet operations, including planning, organizing, and executing events. ```Duties:``` - Plan, organize, and execute banquets and events according to client specifications - Coordinate with clients to determine event requirements and preferences - Create detailed event proposals, including budgets and contracts - Manage banquet staff, including training, scheduling, and supervision - Ensure all banquet areas are set up and decorated according to client requests - Oversee food and beverage service during events, ensuring high-quality standards are met - Address any issues or concerns raised by clients or guests promptly and professionally - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution - Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement ```Requirements:``` - Proven experience as a Banquet Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry - Strong organizational and time management skills - Excellent budgeting and negotiation abilities - Knowledge of event planning principles and practices - Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software - Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
