The Banquet & Events Manager is responsible for assisting in the management of all aspects of the operation of the Banquet department, and for assisting in ensuring successful events and functions in banquet operations. Monitor quality of service in banquet operations. Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines. Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Highgate Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotel. Must be able to cross-train in other hotel-related areas.
