• Review banquet event order, attend staff briefing, & maintain a knowledge of the event specifications to offer relevant & knowledgeable service at the events • Ensure that any guests' dietary restrictions and allergies are accounted for and communicated • Monitor tables and guests' needs throughout service, providing prompt and attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction. • Carrying banquet trays to effectively serve & clear guests • Assist in the breakdown of the event, including cleaning tables, returning equipment to designated areas, and ensuring the venue is left clean and organized. • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to lift and carry items such as small pieces of furniture, trays of dishes, and glassware safely and comfortably.
