• Experience in supervising banquet venue staff. Ability to work on-call as needed. • Able to work ten hour-plus shifts plus the ability to stand, sit or walk for extended periods of time. Responsibilities: • Coordinate details of a contract with the banquet sales director and the head chef • Plan the venue layout according to the number of guests and type of event. • Oversee the seating of guests, serving of meals and beverages, and the quick clearing of tables.
