Amish Door Village is seeking a motivated, high-energy Wedding & Banquet Sales Professional to lead the growth of our events, weddings, and group business. This is more than a sales role — it’s an opportunity to build something meaningful within one of Ohio’s most unique hospitality destinations.
From elegant weddings to large-scale banquets and special events, you will be at the center of driving revenue, creating client experiences, and expanding the reach of the Amish Door brand.
What You’ll Do:
Drive wedding and banquet sales from inquiry to bookingConduct tours and host client appointmentsBuild relationships with couples, planners, and local businessesManage and grow the event pipeline and booking calendarCollaborate with operations to ensure seamless event executionIdentify opportunities to increase village-wide revenue (Inn, Restaurant, Market, Events)What We’re Looking For:
Strong sales and closing ability (hospitality or event sales preferred)Confident, professional, and relationship-focused personalityAbility to manage multiple clients and timelinesSelf-starter who can drive revenue and create opportunitiesPassion for weddings, events, and guest experienceWhy This Role is Different:
