Banquets & Events Manager

The Banquet Manager is responsible for handling all banquets/events to ensure anexemplary guest experience and exceed all banquet guest needs. Responsibilities • Ensures the highest quality of food, beverage, and service for all banquet events, maintaining warm, hospitable guest relations at all contact points. • Maintains effective communication within and between departments to meet guest expectations and coordinates banquet service needs with food production. • Assesses and reviews the job performance of subordinates, maintaining accurate records and addressing performance issues as needed. Qualifications • Micros/POS experience preferred • Minimum 2 years of banquet manager experience required • Experience in luxury hotels or a related field preferred • Must be able to communicate fluently in English for both written and verbal communications • Proficiency with computer systems • Ability to work a flexible schedule is required
