This is a key leadership role responsible for managing our bar team, creating seasonal cocktail menus, and planning both onsite and offsite events that reflect our craft spirit brand. Bar Management • Lead daily bar operations with a focus on exceptional guest service and operational efficiency. Menu Development & Creative Work • Design seasonal and specialty cocktail menus in alignment with Rock Town’s brand. • Serve as the primary contact for event clients, vendors, and staff. Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of experience in bar or hospitality management, preferably in a craft spirits, brewery, or tasting room environment.
