Bar Tender/Event Manager - Full-time

As a Bar Tender & Event Manager, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day bar operations while also coordinating and executing events that attract and engage patrons. The ideal candidate will bring a balanced skill set—combining bartending experience with strong organizational and social media marketing abilities. You will play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, increasing foot traffic through promotions and events, and maintaining a high standard of customer service. • High school diploma or equivalent • proven experience in bartending, hospitality, and customer service • experience in event planning or coordination • proficiency with social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram • strong communication and interpersonal skills • ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting
