As a Barback, you will support bartenders and staff by ensuring the bar area is stocked, clean, and ready to serve guests with enthusiasm. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests courteously and professionally during busy hours Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, catering, or hospitality environments is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Knowledge of food handling safety procedures and proper sanitation practices Prior bartending or barista experience is beneficial but not required; eagerness to learn is essential Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours including nights and weekends. Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment.
