Bike Valet Event Coordinator

The Bike Valet Event Coordinator is a lead role responsible for overseeing on-the-ground operations of our bike valet services at events. This position ensures smooth event execution, manages last-minute staffing adjustments, maintains inventory, and provides post-event reporting to the Programs Manager. The Coordinator will also handle tip distribution among staff and volunteers and serve as the main point of contact during events. • Ensure accurate and equitable distribution of tips among staff and volunteers, reporting totals to the Programs Manager. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing conditions.
