BITE Food Festival Event Intern

We are looking for a hard-working, organized individual with a passion for event management to join the Outlyr Internship Program, supporting the preparation + execution of the BITE Food Festival that takes place alongside the Walmart NW Arkansas Championship, held in Rogers, AR September 21-27, 2026. This individual must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week, onsite in Rogers, AR. Hours during the timeframe of September 14-28 are expected to be more than 40 hours, with night and weekend work required. This position offer a unique opportunity to gain real-world event management experience, including partner and restaurant communication, onsite logistics, marketing skills and event planning tactics. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR?· You have a passion for and expertise in sports, entertainment, gaming, music and/or celebrity & lifestyle culture· Self-starter with “can-do” attitude· Experience in a related field preferred· Must be available to work full time in Rogers, AR office· Strong communication skills, both written and oral· Strong ability to work as part of a team, demonstrate initiative, and solve problems independently· Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access, and Internet· Extremely organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously· Interest in sports and event marketing as a career· Willingness to work weekends and nonstandard hours particularly during September· Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record
