The Blood Connection is a dedicated non-profit organization committed to saving lives through the vital mission of ensuring a constant supply of lifesaving blood to hospitals and communities. In this role, the Account Manager is responsible for the end-to-end management of blood drives, including planning, recruiting donors, coordinating with blood drive coordinators, and leveraging marketing tools to increase donor turnout. This role is integral in educating communities about the importance of blood donation by representing The Blood Connection at health fairs, community events, and public presentations. With a focus on community involvement and strategic relationship building, the Account Manager will make a tangible difference in their community’s health and well-being through their work at The Blood Connection. • College degree preferred • Outside sales and/or marketing experience of 2 years preferred or related experience • Public speaking ability • Experience with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word • Valid Driver's License with no major infractions • Dependable transportation • Ability to communicate effectively • Ability to organize and prioritize workload • Excellent communication skills • Strong computer skills • Ability to work in a diverse environment • Ability to establish and maintain working relationships
