Essential Functions Manage, grow, and retain a portfolio of blood drive accounts within an assigned territoryBuild and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with sponsor organizations and key stakeholdersMaximize account performance by increasing donor participation and overall drive successIdentify, prospect, and develop new sponsor partnerships to expand territory growthPlan and execute strategic initiatives to recruit, retain, and engage donor groupsEstablish blood drive projections aligned with divisional goals, resources, and inventory needsCollaborate with partners well in advance of drive dates to develop effective recruitment strategiesHold sponsor groups accountable for participation and drive success while providing guidance and supportServe as the primary point of contact for accounts, ensuring clear communication before, during, and after eventsPartner with organizations to create innovative and engaging campaigns to increase donor turnoutUtilize and implement all marketing programs to support account growth and engagementWork cross-functionally within the division to support overall team and organizational goalsEstablish and support committees within sponsor groups to drive donor recruitment and engagementLead meetings, presentations, and trainings to educate partners on recruitment strategies and best practicesDeliver exceptional customer service to donors, sponsor groups, and internal stakeholdersStrengthen community relationships by attending events, health fairs, and outreach opportunitiesRepresent the organization through public speaking engagements to promote the mission and drive participationContinuously seek opportunities to expand relationships within organizations and increase account impact Minimum Qualifications College degree preferred2+ years of experience in account management, sales, marketing, or a relationship-driven role preferredProven ability to build, manage, and grow client or partner relationshipsStrong public speaking skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence diverse audiencesExperience with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, and WordValid Driver's License with no major infractions and dependable transportationAbility to communicate effectively, tactfully, and professionally with donors, sponsors, and team membersStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlinesExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work effectively across all levels of the organization and within a diverse environment Physical Demands
