Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bridal Assistant to join our vibrant team dedicated to creating unforgettable wedding experiences. As a Bridal Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting brides and their families on their big day, ensuring every detail the morning-of is flawlessly executed. Duties

Assist brides morning-of with wedding attire, accessories, and related products
Assist with steaming, keeping things tidy in clients room, assisting photographer
Coordinate and assist with vendors, including photographers
Support event planning by managing schedules and timelines

Requirements

Experience in hospitality, event planning, or the wedding industry is highly preferred
Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with event management software and CRM systems
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with exceptional organizational skills
Knowledge of banquet operations, catering processes, and guest services is advantageous

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1.0 – 8.0 per week
