Supervisory Responsibilities: • Serves as the gatekeeper for inquiries and bookings for all private dining rooms, company event spaces, off-site full-service catering, and drop-offs for all mountain store locations. • Oversee the entire process from the beginning of communications and booking through the execution of events. Duties/ Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service and experience on an ongoing basis. Required Skills/Abilities: • Exceptional customer service and managerial skills. • Hospitality Customer Service Experience • Tripleseat Booking Program experience is a plus**
