The Catering/Retail Manager helps the FSD with overseeing food service staff and service operations at a Higher Education location primarily in the Catering and retail service spaces and is an ambassador for Genuine Foods’ to grow and maintain relationships with customers and partners. Support the Food Service Director in setting the Genuine cultural tone in the account, meet regularly with the team and partners to ensure full transparency, understanding, safety, and accountability. Minimum 1 year of management experience in hospitality, food service, or a similar environment. Previous experience in a leadership role with exposure to catering, customer service, people development, food services, etc.
