Campus Event and Visit Coordinator

for guests, communicating ahead of time with guests so their visit needs are met by working with campus hosts to ensure a positive guest experience throughout visit • Serve as point of contact for outside high school groups or community-based organizations looking to visit campus • Build out admissions events in SLATE (CRM) and work with the enrollment marketing team to promote attendance. • Regularly survey admissions visitor to assess event satisfaction, developing questionnaires when necessary • Regularly collaborate and communicate with the Campus Event and Visit Coordinator-North • Oversee the student tour guide and ambassador this includes coordinating daily campus visits, organizing and training student workers, creating work-shift schedules, and directing the day-to-day management of all student workers • Perform other related duties as assigned • A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion and social justice.
