Campus Event Coordinator

Campus Event Coordinator Pay Rate: $15.00/hour... Shift: Part-Time, Between 20 and 30 hours a week depending on event schedule including Saturdays and Holidays. Responsibilities: • Plan and coordinate logistics for public events at Thanksgiving Point Institute • Coordinate with vendors, entertainment, security, and other contractors • Coordinate physical set-up requirements and service needs • Collaborate and work closely with other TPI departments, including volunteers • Handle events budgets and invoicing for public events • Attend all necessary meetings with event contacts • Follow up with event contacts prior to the event to finalize all event logistics • Prepares reports such as Event Recaps and Expense Reports • Act as a community liaison and representative of TPI at public events • Other duties as assigned by Sr. Director of Campus Events Education Requirements:
