This role involves overseeing programming related to on-campus events, working with a high-functioning team responsible for greeting visitors and coordinating relationships with alumni, current students, and faculty who participate in recruitment activities. This position requires managing a recruitment territory and evaluating candidates for admission. Key qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree and 2-5 years' experience in selective college admission or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess event planning experience, strong interpersonal and presentational skills, and excellent organizational abilities. The successful candidate will also read applications and evaluate credentials for admission as a member of an admissions selection team.
