We are seeking professional Caterers & Event Servers who take pride in providing exceptional hospitality and creating unforgettable guest experiences.
As a Caterer & Event Server, you will assist with the setup, service, and breakdown of catered events while ensuring every guest receives friendly, professional, and attentive service. You'll work alongside our event managers, chefs, and hospitality team to deliver high-quality food service in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.
Compensation:
$17 hourly
Responsibilities:
Set up buffet lines, beverage stations, dining areas, and event décor as assigned.
Serve food and beverages in buffet, plated, family-style, or passed hors d'oeuvres service.
Replenish food, beverages, and serving stations throughout the event.
Maintain clean and organized serving areas.
Clear tables and assist with dining room maintenance.
Assist with event setup and breakdown, including tables, chairs, linens, and equipment.
Provide exceptional customer service while interacting professionally with guests.
Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth event operations.
Perform additional event-related duties as assigned by the Event Manager.
Qualifications:
Previous catering, restaurant, banquet, or hospitality experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Friendly, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Reliable transportation to event locations throughout the Kansas City metro area.
Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
