The Catering & Event Manager is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of private and club-hosted events, with a focus on delivering high-quality, memorable experiences for members and guests. The Catering & Event Manager will work closely with the Food and Beverage Director, club staff, and vendors to ensure successful event outcomes and member satisfaction. o Work closely with Entertainment Committee to plan and execute several types of club functions for all age demographics of the club. o Work closely with the culinary and service teams to ensure the highest quality of food and beverage offerings. o Responsible for creating all room diagrams and BEO’s for all events
