Catering and Event Manager

Location: Residence Inn by Marriott Boise Downtown City Center Position: Full-Time Pay Range: $50,000 – $60,000 per year (based on experience)Position The Catering & Event Manager is responsible for actively selling, planning, detailing, and executing all on-site meetings, events, and catering functions. Minimum Qualifications (Required) College degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field (preferred but not required)Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Generation Respond to catering inquiries within 24 hoursConduct site tours and client consultationsPrepare proposals, contracts, and menusNegotiate and close catering and event businessMeet or exceed assigned catering revenue goalsUpsell enhancements including F&B, AV, room blocks, and event add-onsEvent Planning & Servicing
