Recognized as the driver of all banquet and catering revenues and ensures the quarterly and annual revenue goals are achieved for the club. Identify and price out the members/guests needs for the event, up-selling where possible, and closing the sale with the customer by collecting the members/guests deposit and signature on the BEO. Communicate group details/changes to all club departments, coordinating the members/guests needs with other property business and activities to ensure the members/guests expectations are met and the property operates as efficiently as feasible. • Interact with all levels of members/guests and club management. Ability to lift up to 10 lbs.
