Catering and Events Coordinator

Job Description The Catering Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our catering department. This includes coordinating catering orders, managing the setup and organization of catering orders for drivers, and communicating effectively with the catering manager and other team members. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. Responsibilities: • Coordinate catering orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery • Manage the setup and organization of catering orders for drivers • Maintain accurate records and reports, including the catering checklist • Assist during lunch service in the restaurant as needed Requirements: • 1+ year of experience in a similar role or related field • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
