• Works with hotel leadership to confirm arrangements and detail in-house meeting functions as needed • Distributes BEO’s, Changes, Rooming Lists, Signed Contracts, Revisions, etc. • Other items as they relate to the Sales and Marketing effort of the hotel as well as any other items as needed by entire management staff, time permitting. What are we looking for? It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions: • Knowledge of the hotel property management systems (Delphi.fdc), Hotel industry experience, administrative support experience And, our amazing Team Members are at the heart of it all!
