We are seeking a dedicated Catering & Events Manager to join our team and play a crucial role in driving our event business forward. Hilton's dedication to excellence ensures that you will be supported in your role while contributing to memorable and successful events in one of Napa's most distinguished settings. • Minimum 2 years of hotel catering or venue sales experience • familiarity with hotel property management systems • strong negotiation and communication skills • ability to work collaboratively with sales and hotel departments • problem-solving and conflict resolution skills • dependable with regular attendance • ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines • customer-focused mindset
