Responsibilities • Increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth through: • Overseeing food truck operations across event scheduling, execution, and evaluation • Manage end-to-end catering operations across the existing footprint, ensuring seamless execution from order intake to delivery • Be an ambassador for Haven Hot Chicken to companies and communities across Connecticut by executing marketing and awareness campaigns • Establish and maintain corporate and community relationships to build a strong pipeline of recurring catering jobs, marketing events, and sales opportunities • Track and report on sales metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement. • Lead and manage a team of employees that delivers quality across all Haven’s Standards of Excellence. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
