Full-time employees also receive sick leave; medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, short-term disability, and 8 paid holidays.We are looking for a highly motivated Catering & Private Events Manager to work at our Downtown Location.Responsibilities:* Assists members with planning banquets, meetings, weddings, and special dining requests. * Coordinates event details with the Executive Chef and staff, including menus, pricing, contracts, and special arrangements. * Completes additional projects as assigned.Qualifications:* High School diploma or GED required* 2 years of related experience; catering or event operations experience preferred* Knowledge of food and beverage operations within a private club or hospitality setting* Food safety certification required* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel* Strong customer service skills with a professional, service-driven demeanor* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work effectively with members, guests, and team members* Maintains a positive attitude and contributes to a collaborative work environment Skills: Apple Macs, Billing, Budget Management, Catering Services, Communication Skills, Cook Dishes, Customer Support/Service, Event Management, Financial Analysis, Food Safety, Food and Beverage Industry, High School Diploma, Insurance, Interpersonal Skills, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, Plan Meetings, Pricing, Problem Solving Skills, Quality Management, Record Keeping, Team Player
