Catering and Special Events Manager

The Martis Camp Catering and Special Events Manager (CSEM) is responsible for the sales, marketing, planning, and coordination of all Member and Member- sponsored events, including private and Club-programmed functions. This position works closely with all facets of the Food and Beverage Department and all other departments with Martis Camp. Timely and accurate communication of the details of all events to all necessary parties is a critical piece to the success of this position. He/she will also manage and share with all departments the Club calendar of private and special events. o Be available on the day of all events to assure that all goes as planned, staffing levels are adequate, resolve any weather concerns or delays, and that the sponsoring member is completely satisfied o Individually and directly coordinate, plan, and work on the day of the event with a third-party outside party planner hired by the Club member to assure no challenges with our operations, service staff, or Club members.
